Symptoms:
1)   Chest pain
2)   Shortening of breath
3)   Tension


Required ingredients:
1)   Pineapple
2)   Sugar
Method:

     Peel the skins of pineapple and cut it into small pieces. It must be weighing at least 300 grams. Sprinkle some amount of sugar. Then leave this mixture for a night. Have it nest morning. Do it regularly. Chest pain, shortening of breath and tension will be reduced.
